Grace Burgin
Associate
Grace joined Wisteria in September 2023 and works within the OBS department.
Grace previously worked at Warner Brothers Studios as a costume buyer. She spends most her free time going out with friends and family, walking her dog and travelling to new places.
What led you to pursue a career in your current role, and how did you get started in the field?
Having already worked previously in finance and billing roles I felt I could develop more skills and pursue my career further here in the accountancy industry.
What do you enjoy most about your job, and what do you find most challenging?
What I enjoy most about my job is how positive the atmosphere in the office is. The staff were very welcoming and have been supportive since joining. I do find taking on new projects can be difficult at times however this helps to expand my knowledge.
What do you believe are the most important qualities for success in your current role, and how do you strive to embody those qualities in your work?
I believe having good time management is an important quality for success in my role as there are constant deadlines that need to be met each month. I embody this by making sure I am organised and have work prepared well before these deadlines so that the filing of accounts are actioned in a timely manner.
